Manifestation: The Transition from Idea to Tangible Reality

Thriving Blog Day 18

I think some people tend to live in the world of tangible reality and others (people like me) tend to imagine possibilities.

And I can get very excited about the possibilities!

I’ve come to recognize that flavor of excitement. It’s very intoxicating.

When I’m feeling excited about a possible new path and think, “This is it! This is going to solve my problems,” I’ve started to remind myself to sleep on it – possibly for a week or two.

For example, two days ago I felt really excited about my business and marketing plans.

Today, I practiced imaging the results as if they were real – me actually seeing 10 – 15 Presence Healing clients a week; 500 – 1000 people signed up for the Meditation Bootcamp; 10 – 20 people in the Breaking Free tele-workshop and…

Big gulp…

Even imagining the reality is different from thinking about the idea. And it’s terrifying.

Do I really want what I say I want?

I don’t know. Maybe I just want to be like a turtle and hide in a shell for the rest of my life.
